1. Sit in a comfortable cross legged position and use only dark room and no light inter this room
2. Place your hands in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger lightly meeting)
3. Close your eyes and Take 10 deep, slow breaths though the nose
4. Close your eyes and concentrate on agya chaKra (आज्ञा चक्र) latest 2-5 minutes

5. Now start taking breath from agya chaKra (आज्ञा चक्र) between two eyebrows. 

6. when you take first breath in ( inhale slowly) feel the sound Auuuuu...
And when you breath out (slowly exhale) feel the sound Mmmm........
Now take second breath in ( inhale slowly) feel the sound Sooooo.....
And when when breath out (slowly exhale) feel the sound Hammm...
Now The Great OM SoHam Mantra is complete.

Continue this cycle to feel OuM SoHam Mantra latest 20-30 minutes
In every night and in morning before sunrise

After one month you have to feel aum soham in your breath every time.

7. do any work of your daily life but focus on the breath and feel oum soham and you finds great joy within you. 

8. After 6 month leave oum now do only soham in your breath. . Close your ears with the thumbs. Close your eyes with the index fingers and lips with the ring and little fingers. Take a deep breath in and then close your nostrils with the middle fingers.While holding the breath inside, rotate your consciousness in the spinal column. With the vibrations of Sooo... descend from Ajna Chakra (आज्ञा) to Muladhara Chakra, and with the vibrations of Hammm... ascend from Muladhara Chakra to Ajna Chakra (आज्ञा). Then release the breath.

9.In fist month Atala ,Vitala ,Sutala ,Talatala, Rasatala , Mahatala ,Patala Chakras open in your body.
In Second Month Golata, Lalata, and Lalana Chakras open in your body
